How Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei is tackling the Auckland housing crisis
Stevens Lawson’s are delighted to see Kāinga Tuatahi o Ōrākei Featured in Paperboy May 27-31 issue.
While recently becoming recipient of a Housing Award at the NIZA Auckland Architecture awards in April 2017, Kāinga Tuatahi still proves to be a successful undertaking by Ngāti Whātua in an endeavour to tackle Auckland’s ongoing housing crisis. Ngāti Whātuta and Stevens Lawson worked to create a project rich in cultural and landscape values; providing flexibility & privacy, while also fostering the ideals of a strong community.
